Mr. Alexander Jahn is a serial entrepreneur, advisor, and investor with two decades of leadership experience at the intersection of technology, education, and impact. Now based in Nicosia, Cyprus, he remains deeply active in business across Germany, USA, Eastern Europe, and Cyprus.

Mr. Jahn is currently the Managing Partner of Reflect Festival, the largest IT and Innovation business conference in Cyprus, and the most significant tech event connecting Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. He is widely recognized for founding and leading Candena, a pioneering collaborative learning company. Under his leadership, Candena attracted high-profile clients such as the OECD, the World Health Organization (WHO), and Deutsche Telekom, before being acquired by DEH Ltd., parent company of the innovative education provider EDU.

His diverse background includes senior roles at Bertelsmann Inc. in San Francisco, where he served as VP Digital Media and Head of US Corporate Development. Today, Alexander advises cutting-edge ventures such as The Doers Company, holistic healthcare companies, and digital education startups.

With academic roots at Warwick Business School (UK) and Kiel University (DE), Mr. Jahn blends strategic vision with operational excellence. He’s a connector of ecosystems, mentor at Startupbootcamp, and passionate builder of future-forward ventures.
