Intelligent underwater inspection system for defense and critical infrastructure monitoring using computer vision and automated threat detection

EONSEA presents an advanced software solution based on computer vision and artificial intelligence for the monitoring, protection, and predictive maintenance of critical underwater infrastructure such as submarine cables, breakwaters, ports, or strategic platforms. The tool enables automatic detection of damage, sabotage, or structural deterioration in hard-to-reach areas, supporting defense and maritime security missions. The system can be integrated into coastal surveillance operations, strengthening maritime border control through autonomous visual inspections, detection of suspicious objects or intrusions, and enhanced preparedness against natural disasters or deliberate attacks. Its automated analysis capability reduces operational load and improves real-time decision-making, increasing both responsiveness and deterrence. The solution is suitable for dual-use environments (civil-military) and can be deployed on existing platforms (ROVs, USVs, or underwater drones), optimizing resources and improving personnel safety.
