About
Andaltec can collaborate in the execution of integrated R&D&I projects in the following areas:
-
Development of new advanced plastic materials with high-value-added functional properties through laboratory-scale and pilot-scale tests. Electrically conductive materials, thermally conductive materials, antioxidant activity, luminescent properties, etc.
-
Plastic waste valorization. Exploration of industrial applications for thermoplastic, elastomeric, and thermoset waste. Optimization of recycling processes.
-
Studies on sustainability and recyclability of products.
-
Feasibility studies for the production of bioplastics in companies generating raw materials from by-products or waste produced during the manufacturing process.
-
Development of polymer nanocomposites using carbon-based nanomaterials, metallic particles, and nanoclays.
-
Development of new nanocomposites using carbon-based nanomaterials (such as graphene, carbon nanotubes, GNPs, fullerenes), metallic particles, and nanoclays to improve the characteristics of conventional plastics, recycled plastics, or bioplastics.
-
Replacement of products made from metal, ceramic, or glass with plastic materials to facilitate recyclability and reduce product costs.
-
Development of active compound encapsulation processes for applications in food packaging, self-healing materials, etc.
-
Development of varnishes and paints with advanced functionalities applicable to various sectors such as food packaging, automotive, lighting, etc.
