Our Objective:

We aim to leverage our academic resources, research capabilities, and collaborative spirit by participating in ambitious research projects. We are eager to join consortia and partner with leading institutions, research organizations, and industry players to address pressing security and defense challenges at both the Spanish national level and within the wider European context (including frameworks like Horizon Europe, European Defence Fund - EDF, and others).

Areas of Interest & Potential Contribution:

While open to diverse projects within the Security and Defense landscape, Universidad Nebrija can potentially contribute expertise drawing from its various faculties and research groups, which may include areas such as:

  • International Relations, Geopolitics, and Strategic Studies

  • Cybersecurity Policy, Law, and Ethics

  • Data Analysis for Security Applications

  • Communication Strategies in Crisis and Conflict

  • Technological Assessment and Dual-Use Implications

  • Security Management and Policy Development

Desired Role:

We are flexible and keen to contribute effectively within research consortia. Universidad Nebrija is looking to participate either as a full member or as a dedicated associate partner, depending on the project's structure and requirements, offering specific expertise or work package contributions.

Why Cooperate with Universidad Nebrija?

  • Academic Foundation: Access to rigorous research methodologies, faculty expertise, and potential student involvement.

  • Strategic Location: Situated in Madrid, offering strong connections within Spain and a gateway to European initiatives.

  • Collaborative Spirit: A proactive and reliable partner committed to project success and shared objectives.

  • Multidisciplinary Potential: Ability to draw upon diverse academic fields relevant to complex security issues.

Call for Cooperation:

Universidad Nebrija invites project coordinators, research consortia, and organizations planning proposals for national (Spanish) or European funding calls in Security and Defense to consider us as a potential partner. We are eager to explore synergies and discuss how our capabilities can strengthen your project.

Please reach out to us to initiate a discussion about potential collaboration.
