About
Our research group aims to advance the study of the societal impacts of active geological processes, which have been increasingly influenced in recent decades by the effects of climate change and globalization. We provide public managers with valuable tools to support decision-making, enabling the adoption of effective adaptation and mitigation strategies in response to emerging challenges. Our group is committed to positioning itself as a leader in the application of mathematical modeling, artificial intelligence, and remote sensing within geosciences, by leading both national and international projects in this field.
