This workshop is designed to explore the knowledge and tools required to successfully deploy AI systems in critical business processes. As organisations increasingly seek to integrate AI into their operations, understanding the preparatory requirements may help mitigate risks and maximise benefits.

• Identify Critical Business Processes: Learn how to assess which processes are suitable for AI integration and how to prioritise them based on business impact.

• Data Readiness: Explore the importance of data quality, integrity, and ethical considerations.

• Risk Management: Tips for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks associated with deploying AI in critical processes.

• Change Management Strategies: Discuss best practices for managing organisational change, including training staff and aligning AI initiatives with company culture.
