CRYOKEEP – From Cryopreservation to Patient Delivery in One Closed System
CEO and Pharmaceutical & Medical Management at LTK CRYOsolutions
Markina-Xemein, Spain
About
CRYOKEEP is a single-use medical device designed for the cryopreservation, controlled transport and sterile delivery of human cells used in advanced therapies, including CAR-T, DLI, MSC and other cell-based applications.
The device integrates cryogenic storage, transport and final clinical delivery into a single closed system, reducing the number of handling and transfer steps required throughout the workflow. This approach helps minimise the risks of contamination, sample loss and loss of traceability while protecting the integrity of high-value biological products.
Designed to handle volumes ranging from 1 to 5 mL, CRYOKEEP aims to maximise volume recovery and preserve cell viability during administration to the patient. Its integrated design can simplify operations for cell therapy developers, GMP laboratories, healthcare institutions and regenerative medicine units, supporting safer, more efficient and scalable clinical workflows.
