Seeking pharmaceutical design partners for governed AI execution
VP Business Development at ExecLayer
Madrid, Spain
About
ExecLayer is seeking pharmaceutical design partners and technology collaborators working on the transition from AI-assisted decision support to AI systems that can initiate workflows, update records, invoke tools or take other actions across regulated enterprise systems.
The central collaboration question is:
How should an organisation determine whether a specific AI-proposed action is authorised, within scope and compliant with applicable policy before that action reaches a regulated system?
We are interested in three partnership models:
1. Pharmaceutical design partnerships
Work with Quality, Compliance, IT, enterprise AI and digital-transformation teams to map a real AI-assisted workflow and define its execution boundaries, approval requirements, escalation conditions and evidence requirements.
2. Technology and integration partnerships
Explore integration with QMS, ERP, workflow-automation, identity, AI-agent and enterprise-software platforms that need an independent control point between AI-generated intent and execution.
3. Validation and implementation partnerships
Collaborate with GxP validation specialists, systems integrators and regulatory consultancies on deployment, validation, documentation and customer implementation models.
Relevant pharmaceutical use cases may include deviation and CAPA workflows, controlled-record changes, quality-management actions, regulatory operations, supplier-quality decisions, manufacturing or engineering workflows, and agents operating across multiple validated systems.
A suitable first step is a focused 30-minute workflow-mapping discussion. We would identify:
- The AI-assisted workflow
- The actions the AI could propose
- The systems and records affected
- The applicable authority and policy boundaries
- Which decisions require human review
- The evidence required for validation, oversight or audit
The initial discussion does not require access to regulated data or a commitment to deploy. Its purpose is to determine whether there is a credible design-partner, integration or implementation opportunity.
