Partners who process human tissue, for models that predict which batches will work
Co-founder & CTO at Synex Biosystems

About
We build predictive models on experimental data in preclinical labs. We work with tissue images, omics data and instrument output.
Organisations that process human tissue, to isolate primary cells or to build in vitro models, work with material that varies from donor to donor. Part of it does not perform, and that is often discovered after reagents, incubator time and several weeks have been spent.
We are building models that read images of incoming tissue and estimate its condition before processing begins.
We are looking for contract labs, producers of organoids and organ-on-chip systems, tissue banks and research groups that handle primary human tissue and keep records of how batches turned out. We contribute image analysis, data integration, predictive modelling and confounder control, and we are interested in setting this up as a funded project under regional or European calls.
