ARIS — Patented in-vitro human GI simulator for rapid, predictive release & bioaccessibility data on drugs, biologics, probiotics and functional formulations
About
ARIS is a patented in-vitro human gastrointestinal simulator that recreates gastric and intestinal conditions (pH profiles, enzymes, bile, transit times, shear) to generate decision-ready data before costly animal or clinical studies. It enables head-to-head comparisons of tablets, capsules, biologics, probiotics, emulsions, and microencapsulated or functional formulations—both fasted and fed states.
What you can evaluate
-
Release & dissolution kinetics across GI phases.
-
Bioaccessibility and chemical transformation of APIs/bioactives.
-
Matrix and encapsulation effects on protection and uptake potential.
-
Stability of sensitive molecules under relevant GI conditions.
Readouts & deliverables
Quantitative profiles (time–concentration curves) paired with validated analytical methods (e.g., HPLC/LC-MS) and clear, bilingual (EN/ES) reports suitable for internal reviews and regulatory dialogues.
Ideal use cases
Formulation screening, bridging studies for tech transfer, probiotic/biologic robustness checks, and nutraceutical/food-drug interaction assessments—especially when you need fast, predictive evidence to select winners.
Collaboration
EU-friendly scoping → protocol design → execution with QA checkpoints → dataset, methods, and a concise decision memo to guide next-step studies. Open to co-development with EU partners.
