In vitro and bioanalysis studies

We provide analysis and measurements of different aspects of biological materials, e.g. protein characterization and analysis of proteins, enzymes, nucleic acids/oligonucleotides and biological pharmaceuticals. For this we can use methods such as ELISA, Luminex, FACS, cell culturing, gene expression analysis with qPCR, sequencing (NGS) and bioinformatics.

We can develop and validate bioanalytical methods for substances in biological samples or set up in vitro methods for immunotoxicology, cellular toxicity or effect on biomarkers. ADME and pharmacokinetics studies can be performed as well as preclinical safety and functionality evaluations, microbiology, cell biology, validation of cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization.
