Alice Pari

Graduated with a master's degree in Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology from the University of Bologna - Alma Mater Studiorum, over the years she has been specializing in Environmental Anthropology, a branch of Cultural Anthropology that studies and critically analyzes the relationships between human societies and environments and between humans and non-humans.

Employed for more than 10 years in the Cetacea Foundation as an employee, partner and finally board member, I am involved in environmental conservation in the Northern Adriatic mainly through planning and stakeholder engagement in order to develop effective strategies and actions that bring real positive change in the face of the climate and environmental challenges of recent decades.

Communication Manager for the association and for a number of European projects, I had developed effective communication strategies in the field of environmental dissemination useful for the Blueat project. I obtained in 2019 the Master's degree in European Funds and Projects Management Expert at the International Research Center on European Law (C.I.R.D.E.) of the University of Bologna, with a thesis entitled "The European Union and the Sea: political, regulatory, funds and financing framework" and in 2024 a Master's degree in Leadership for international relations and Made in Italy of the Italia-USA Foundation.
