Workshop 3 "BuE WOMEN CHAMPIONS TAKE THE STAGE AT EMD2025!"

Upon the development of WIN-BIG and WINBLUE projects, results are pointing out to proven successful recipes for gender and diversity inclusion in EU Blue Economy(BuE)(gathered by WINBLUE project as a Good practices guide and models for Gender balance in EU Blue Economy) as well as to the strong presence of female inspirational role models across sectors in European Blue Economy (gathered in WIN-BIG Women Champions dataset and future book) that need to be given a voice!

This event aims to share knowledge but also inspire, boost and empower other women to pursue a career in European Blue Economy.

This workshop will jointly leverage both project outputs by showcasing sectorial good examples and success models in gender balancing for organisations and providing a stage for pitching and networking of inspirational women and successful gender inclusion stories from EU Blue Economy.
