I have dual background, in science and business with a PhD in Chemistry and a Doctorate of Business Administration, DBA, with thesis on Business Model Design in deep-tech start-ups.

I bring strong technical and scientific expertise in materials science, with broad experience translating innovation into market-ready solutions across MedTech, Microelectronics, Photonics, CE sectors.

My past experience includes 10 years as a tenured professor and materials science researcher in healthcare, microelectronics, and photonics applications (40+ peer-reviewed publications, 10 patents), and 10 years in high-tech and chemical multinationals including STMicroelectronics, Pirelli Telecommunications (now Lumentum Inc.), and Solvay Specialty Polymers (now Syensqo)where I held global executive roles in product industrialization, as BU global marketing manager, and head of global healthcare business.

Since 2010, I run Eveura sarl, a Geneva-area based boutique advisory firm in Business Model Design. Building on my experience in material science for various industrial sectors I advise SMEs, start-up and scale-ups from early innovation through industrialization and commercialization, covering business and financial planning, funding strategy, investor pitching, investor engagement, and EIC funding application support. My approach focuses on traction, IP, market and competitive analysis, leveraging regulatory and market shifts, and building solid business cases and partnerships for scale-up. I emphasize cash-flow sustainability, aligned P&L and commercial plans, and the integration of social and environmental impact to minimize ecological footprint.

I am Business Coach at EIC, for Accelerator, PathFinder, Transition, STEP instruments. I am CEOs and Teams advisor at EIC Scaling Club for HealthCare Cardiovascular Therapies, the EIC-funded community bringing together European world-class deep tech scale-ups investors, advisors, corporates, government agencies.

I am coach & jury member at TechTour, Venture, and MassChallenge, and Expert at Solar Impulse Foundation. I collaborate with Grenoble Ecole de Management on research on Business Model Design and Entrepreneurship in high-tech start-ups.  I am reviewer and Member of the Editorial Board at the “Journal of Business Models”, Guest Lecturer at Grenoble Ecole de Management, Speaker at International Conferences on Business Models author of academic paper on Business Model in deep-tech start-ups.
