About
Business creation and market validation
Methodology. We apply our methodology based on 8 weeks of work on 8 topics closely with entrepreneurs. Each week consists of the following plan:
1.- Collect information from entrepreneurs or start-ups.
2.- 90 minutes remote meeting of questions & answers & debate.
3.- Written results at the end of the week.
Contents. Identify the market opportunity, clients’ segmentation and market quantification. Define a compelling value proposition and sound business model. Validation through interviews with stakeholders. Competitors and SWOT analysis. Go-to-market strategy and commercialisation plan. Map investment risks and roadmap.
Result. A business plan report and a pitch-deck ready to present to investors.
Investment readiness and sound financial plan
Methodology. Preparation of a six-year financial plan with monthly granularity to translate the business strategy of entrepreneurs/start-ups in economics.
Contents. Build a sound financial model including sales projections and detailed cost structure (personnel, marketing, R&D, administrative, operations) with variable and fixed OPEX and CAPEX. Valuation and investment impact in capitalisation table.
Result: P&L, Balance Statement and Cash-flow. Summary of financial and scalability KPIs. Clear overview of financial needs and funding strategy.
Boost communication skills to achieve your goals
Methodology. It consists of a combination of remote and in-person meetings and practices to enhance entrepreneurs' communication skills. The objective is to help them achieve their goals in multiple aspects, such as raising investment, team engagement, and selling.
Content. Establish a narrative to persuade. Enhance your reputation. Map your stakeholders (local and international). Map your communication risks. Media training. Public exposure training. Video script. Pitch.
Result: Communication skills enhancement.
