Reactive insulation

A novel facade will be integrated on the walls of test buildings to prove that the property is being shaded during summer time and that the property is warming using the greenhouse effect during winter time. Reactive means heating from the sun (warming) and shading over some temperature levels to cool the building, which is additional to insulation by the plastic board and air barrier insulation. The system will apply to old and new buildings easily.
