About
Mozaik dobrot is a socially responsible Slovenian SME dedicated to artisan bakery production, circular economy practices, and food innovation. Our mission is to reduce food waste, promote sustainability, and create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
Within the EUREKA 2025 call, we aim to develop an international R&D project focused on:

Upcycling bread and cereal surpluses into new food products, fermented beverages, and functional ingredients,

Establishing a circular food innovation lab to test and scale sustainable bakery and fermentation solutions,
-
Developing digital tools and platforms to connect producers and consumers of surplus-based products,
-
Supporting low-carbon and sustainable food systems in partner regions.
We are looking for partners from Austria, Serbia, Montenegro, Türkiye, or Albania – including SMEs, R&D organisations, universities, and clusters – interested in:

Food technology and fermentation R&D,

Digitalisation and platform development,
-
Circular economy and sustainability,
-
Pilot testing and market validation.
Together, we want to create scalable, market-ready solutions that combine tradition, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
