I am a technology executive and R&D leader with more than 26 years of experience in industrial digitalization, AI-driven systems, and large-scale data platforms. For 18 years, I served as General Manager of a technology company delivering mission-critical solutions for manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, and regulated infrastructure environments.
In parallel with my executive responsibilities, I have been actively leading and coordinating European collaborative R&D projects under programs such as ITEA, XECS, and Celtic-Next. My work focuses on applied AI, industrial IoT, edge computing, and digital twin technologies, with a strong emphasis on interoperability, traceability, and real-time decision support in complex industrial systems.
What differentiates my profile is the ability to bridge strategy, engineering, and business execution. I specialize in building strong international consortia that combine large industrial players with innovative SMEs, and in translating research outputs into deployable, scalable solutions adopted by end users — not remaining at prototype level.
Today, my primary focus is on scaling data-driven industrial platforms that improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and resilience across manufacturing and supply-chain ecosystems. I bring both strategic leadership and hands-on technical understanding to innovation programs, ensuring measurable business value and long-term industrial impact.
