Connect with suppliers, manufacturers, integrators, procurement organizations, armed forces, research institutions, and innovators through targeted B2B matchmaking. Efficient and pre-arranged meetings help you uncover new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive innovation in the defence and security sector.

Participation in the brokerage event is completely free of charge. However, you must have a ticket to the fair to get access to the fair premises (Overview - EUDEX - ESSEN). Please note the specific security and access regulations (pre-security screening & ID identification when entering).

Free One-Day-passes are available to participants who have booked at least one international meeting (max. 2 per organisation and day). Access codes will be sent out well in advance of the trade show.

How does it work?

• Browse participant profiles

• Request meetings with relevant organizations

• Meet on-site at the designated meeting area

• Thursday, 24 September from 15-17 h at the Forum in Hall 3

• Friday, 25 September from 10-16 h at the North Rhine-Westphalia Joint Stand, Hall 3, Booth B17
