LUMA HOLDING LTD.

Luma Holding Grouo is a private group with extensive experience in the metals, metallurgy, and mining industries. The core of our development activities is metallurgy represented by Re Alloys Ltd. The company specializes in the processing and development of ferroalloys, mainly various grades of ferrosilicon. Re Alloys is one of the three largest producers of ferrosilicon in Europe and the only such producer in Poland.

Another key metallurgical asset within the Luma Group is our African segment - LuNa Smelter, a tin smelting plant located in Kigali, Rwanda. LuNa Smelter also holds mining and exploration licenses in Rwanda, as well as trading companies operating in the region.

An important part of the Group is also the automotive sector – within our Luma Automation segment, the Group owns the Saga aluminium and zinc foundry, as well as the Odlewnia Kutno iron foundry, producing components for the automotive and other industries. We also operate the POSTĘP metal stamping plant in Gliwice (Silesia region) and the IRON-TECH metal processing plant in Hungary.

The Group develop also the venture division, LUMA VENTURE division, which invests in technology and big tech companies. Our portfolio includes several firms – among them, the most promising and dynamically developing one is, of course, ETERS, but another very interesting company is KCDO (Open Data Center) from the clean-tech sector, focused on identifying optimal locations for investments in Renewable Energy Sources in Poland and across Europe.
