C3Living has over 15 years of experience in the Dutch market, providing modular housing solutions using recycled C3 containers and modules.

Together with WRKfor and a Ukrainian partner, we are the winners of the RVO subsidy “Housing First UA – Rebuild Ukraine”, delivering circular houses for IDPs, sharing knowledge and technology, building capacity, and supporting community reconstruction.

Housing First UA will provide immediate housing relief using a circular housing concept, while simultaneously establishing the capacity in Ukraine to rapidly produce and scale up national production.

The project will deliver turn-key houses for 175–250 IDPs, with production primarily in Ukraine by a team of Ukrainian skilled workers trained by the project’s experts. A production line set up by the partners will allow self-sustained house production within a year of project completion, with minimal investment needed to scale to thousands of units.

The houses are transformed from recycled containers into high-quality, flexible living spaces that can be placed and relocated anywhere in Ukraine within days.
