Within RINA Consulting, a cross-functional Team integrates Project Management, Technical Coordination, and Systems Engineering functions, providing a comprehensive approach to complex projects. This Team has been actively engaged for years in ESA tenders, with its past and ongoing experiences to be detailed subsequently in the following sections. Combining robust project management methodologies with advanced analytical and modelling capabilities, the Team manages both pure systems engineering and project management activities, as well as feasibility analysis and definition phases of topics under review. The Team’s diverse expertise spans Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, and Aerospace Engineering, enabling efficient and authoritative execution across multidisciplinary domains.
