About

Sky Eye Systems (SES) was created specifically to design and produce a complete range of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) with a Maximum Take-Off Weight between 25 and 150 kg.

Project has been developed based on downscalability concept that is to support on smaller and cheaper platform missions which are typical of larger UAV (tactical e strategic).

Our core platform is called Rapier – a modular and flexible UAS system designed for both military and dual-use applications. The ONLY, today, System Military Type Certified without any limitation on third party overflown. It integrates:

  • A proprietary flight control system (FCS) and ground control station (GCS), both hardware and software developed in-house, with software certified according to STANAG / DO-178C DAL B standards; fully in house capability, wholly owned, fully customizable

  • A versatile airframe architecture offering multiple take-off and landing configurations;

  • High-endurance, low observability, and excellent DRI performance – Detection, Recognition, and Identification – through advanced electro-optical sensors;

  • Full support capability: training, maintenance, and integrated logistics.

We integrate cutting-edge payloads, including electro-optical and infrared sensors, Proprietary SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar), LiDAR, and multispectral and hyperspectral imaging systems, ensuring superior situational awareness and mission effectiveness across a wide range of operational scenarios.

SES product’s portfolio:

•      Rapier X-25, with an MTOW of 25 kg, utilizes a pneumatic launcher for takeoff and a parachute for recovery

•      Rapier X- Skysar, All-weather system equipped with EO/IR sensor and SAR RADAR

•      Rapier VTOL, with an MTOW of 60 kg, employs four electric motors for vertical takeoff and landing.

•      LYNX, MTOW 150 kg, drone carrier for ISTAR applications and sensitive targets protection.

•      Loiter, Autonomous weapon systems for advanced tactical operations (Small and Medium range)
