UIF Investment Readiness Assessment & Next Steps

Supporting project promoters and infrastructure companies in assessing whether their projects are sufficiently mature and aligned for investment-scale financing under the Ukraine Investment Framework (UIF).

Based on practical experience and typical “readiness signals”, the assessment focuses on determining whether a project can move from concept or pre-feasibility stage to a bankable investment case for UIF.

The assessment considers a set of critical investment readiness dimensions, including project structure, financing logic, and alignment with UIF.

Particularly relevant for projects already under preparation or entering discussions with investors (“we are preparing investment”, “we are engaging IFIs”).

Entry point: matchmaking meeting (on-site or online), followed by a concise readiness view and recommended next steps.

Available follow-on support: structuring bankable investment cases aligned with UIF, including IFI engagement and blended finance pathways.
