EU-Taiwan Matchmaking Event 2025

The European Commission (EC), through the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP), will host the EU–Taiwan Matchmaking Event in Taipei, Taiwan on 21 October - 23 October 2025. This event will be organised in collaboration with the European Economic and Trade Office in Taiwan, Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and Enterprise Europe Network (EEN). It will take place in the context of the TAITRONICS and AIoT Taiwan and European Innovation Week.

The EU– Taiwan Matchmaking Event aims to foster collaboration between European clusters, SMEs, and Taiwanese partners in key industries, including:

• AI

• Robotics and smart automation

• Sustainable energy

• Industrial IoT

• Industrial processes 

• Electronics including semiconductors

• Circular economy (e.g. on plastics, water, batteries, small microelectronics)
