Next-Generation sequencing of bacterial DNA

My work includes the design and implementation of high-throughput sequencing protocols, optimization of DNA extraction from complex microbial communities, and in-depth bioinformatic analysis for taxonomic classification, diversity profiling, and detection of antimicrobial resistance genes. I have applied these techniques in various research contexts, including clinical microbiology, environmental surveillance, and epidemiological studies, enabling comprehensive characterization of bacterial populations and their functional potential.
