TNO(オランダ応用科学研究機構)は独立の研究機関です。現在TNOの風力エネルギー部門では、洋上風力発電のコスト削減を使命に掲げています。TNOの長年の実績を活かして業界に革新的なソリューションを提供し、また画期的な研究開発を要望に応じて推進してきました。TNOの風力エネルギーグループは、1975年より風力エネルギーの先駆者かつ技術的権威として知られたECNが中核をなしています。風力発電システム全体に関する知識、世界最先端のフルスケールの試験設備、そして公認の測定専門家の組み合わせで、設計、実装、運用それぞれの段階においてクライアントをサポートします。

TNO is an independent research organization. Today, TNO wind energy’s core mission is to reduce the cost of offshore wind energy into the whole of the energy system. This is achieved by applying innovative solutions in the industry and driving ground breaking R&D forward. TNO supports companies at the design, implementation and operational level.

TNO’s wind energy group was formerly known as ECN, a true pioneer and technical authority on wind energy since 1975. At TNO’s wind energy group, in-depth knowledge of the whole wind power system is combined with world leading full scale test facilities and accredited measurement experts.
