BlueNewables (BN) is an engineering consultancy at the forefront of innovation within the blue economy. We support the marine renewable energy sector with technical expertise, advisory services, and a holistic approach. BN is both a technology developer and a provider of engineering and consultancy services for the blue economy economy, supporting concept development through to FEED (Front-End Engineering Design). In later stages—detailed design, construction, transport, and installation—BN acts as a third-party reviewer or leads engineering for the main contractor, ensuring design integrity and project alignment. BN has developed a portfolio of proprietary offshore concepts at various technical readiness levels—including tank-tested designs—for floating wind (WIND-bos, CT-bos, S-bos), fixed-bottom wind (G-bos), floating solar (PV-bos), offshore hydrogen production (H2-bos), and floating electrical substations (FOSS-bos), all branded under the “bos” (BN Offshore Solutions) label.
