At Comptek Solutions Oy, we specialize in providing the most efficient passivation technology for compound semiconductor devices, such as optoelectronics (µLED, detectors, lasers,..) and power electronic modules.

We provide technology transfer that include the process customization and optimization for a particular chip, and the equipment to implement the technology into production.
