Head of the Savings and Investments Union Coordination unit, DG FISMA, European Commission's DG FISMA

Andrea Beltramello has been the Head of the Savings and Investments Union Coordination unit in the European Commission's DG FISMA since January 2025. Previously, he led the Resolution and Deposit Insurance unit in the same DG.

From 2018 to 2023, he was a Member of Cabinet for Executive Vice-President Valdis Dombrovskis, handling financial services and trade policy across two mandates. Earlier DG FISMA roles included Deputy Head of Communication and policy officer in Capital Markets Union and Free Movement of Capital units. Before the Commission, Beltramello worked as an Economist/Policy Analyst at the OECD in Paris (2007-2012) across the Financial and Enterprise Affairs, and Science, Technology, and Industry directorates. He also gained trade policy and EU affairs experience at a major European tech firm. He holds degrees from the University of Trieste and the College of Europe in Bruges.

Acting Deputy Director-General for Investment & Innovation; Director for Investment & InvestEU, DG GROW, European Commission

Nathalie Berger is Acting Deputy Director-General for Investment & Innovation and Director for Investment & InvestEU at the European Commission Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship & SMEs (GROW) where she is in charge of preparing the future European Competitiveness Fund and currently implementing the InvestEU Programme. She was previously Director for Competitiveness Coordination, where she led strategic work on competitiveness and public investment, public procurement and Intellectual Property rights. Before joining DG GROW in 2025, she held senior roles in DG REFORM and FISMA covering areas such as industrial ecosystems, post-crisis financial regulation, and structural reforms. Before joining the Commission, she worked as a legal adviser, consultant, and academic specialising in European law and political science. Nathalie Berger holds a Ph.D. in Public law (European law) and a B.A. in Political Sciences, Robert Schuman University.

Fredrik Erixon is an economist and Founding Director of the European Centre for International Political Economy (ECIPE), an international economy think tank based in Brussels.

COO, Scaleup Europe Fund at EQT Partners

Sebastian Frisk is COO of the Scaleup Europe Fund where he leads the platform behind the Fund's mission to back Europe's next generation of technology scaleups. He is responsible for strategy execution, operations, governance, and fundraising, working closely with the investment team and the Fund's investors to build the operating foundation the strategy runs on. Based in Stockholm, Sebastian works across the European technology ecosystem, focused on closing the continent's late-stage funding gap in deeptech and frontier technologies so that companies built in Europe can scale from Europe. His mandate reflects EQT's long-term commitment to backing globally competitive technology champions.

Sebastian joined EQT in 2021 and previously served as Chief of Staff of The EQT Council, working with senior leadership on firm-wide strategy and cross-platform execution, and before that as a Managing Director in Business Development focused on corporate strategy and strategic M&A. Before joining EQT, Sebastian spent close to 15 years in investment banking, most recently at Jefferies, with deep experience across capital markets and complex transactions. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham.

Andreas Grape is an entrepreneur, angel investor and Co-founder & CEO of Nordic Angels, the largest investor network in the Nordics, bringing together 2,500+ active investors and facilitating 400+ deals annually. With 20 years in the Nordic startup and venture ecosystem, Andreas works to mobilize private capital, expertise and networks to strengthen entrepreneurship and European competitiveness. Chairman of the board, Swedish Corporate Governance Board & Director, Swedish Corporate Governance Institute, Stockholm University

Mats Isaksson is Chairman of the board of the Swedish Corporate Governance Board and Director of the Swedish Corporate Governance Institute at Stockholm University. He is the former head of Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), providing governments and regulators with public policy advice on corporate governance, capital markets and state-owned enterprises. Mr. Isaksson serves on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia University,  he is a founding Director of the Swedish Corporate Governance Forum (CGF) and a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Corporate Governance Network.

Director General, Confederation of Swedish Enterprise

Jan-Olof Jacke is Director General of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, Sweden’s largest business federation. Before joining the organisation in 2018, he served as President of AstraZeneca Sweden and held several senior leadership positions in the private sector. He is Chairman of the Swedish Association for Society and Defence, the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre, and GKSS. He serves on several boards, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Sweden, the Research Institute of Industrial Economics (IFN), and Mindforce Game Lab. He is also a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA).

Senior Vice President, Global Listing Services & Head of European Listings, Nasdaq

Adam Kostyál is the Senior Vice President of the Global Listing Services and head of European Listings for Nasdaq. Besides the Nordic Exchanges, Nasdaq has more than 120 companies that are either primarily listed or dual listed on Nasdaq in USA. Adam Kostyál has been with Nasdaq for the past 15 years. He started his career at OMX as a Sales Director, and then became Head of the Strategic Initiative Groups in 2006. Most recently, Adam was VP of Market Technology Sales responsible for sales, account management, and business development for the European, Central and Eastern European regions. Prior to Nasdaq, Adam held various positions with Enron, Cell Network and Bloomberg. He holds a BSc in Economics and Marketing from Vrije Universiteit de Bruxelles and speaks four languages including English, Swedish, Italian and French.

Head of the EIB Group Office in Sweden

Jesper Persson is Head of the EIB Group Office in Sweden. He brings more than 25 years of investment experience across European and international markets, spanning private equity, venture capital and structured finance. His career has focused on mobilising private capital, bridging financing gaps and translating strategic and geoeconomic priorities into commercially grounded investments. Before taking up his current role, he served as Senior Advisor to the EIC Fund. His work focuses on how the EIB Group can strengthen European competitiveness by helping innovative companies and technologies obtain financing, scale up and deliver measurable impact.

Head of Corporate Governance and Sustainability, Alecta

As Head of Corporate Governance and ESG, Carina Silberg is leading the advancement of ESG integration across asset classes in Alecta asset management. Alecta is a mutual pension fund for occupational pensions and the largest private pension fund in Sweden, with assets under management 1 400 bn SEK. Her team coordinates active proxy voting and ownership engagement, including participation in the shareholder-led nomination committees for the boards of directors of Swedish holding companies. In her role, Carina represents Alecta in a number of initiatives including the Association of Institutional Shareholders (IÄF), promoting self-regulation in the Swedish stock market through the Swedish Corporate Governance Code.

She joined Alecta in 2017 and has facilitated Alecta’s participation in the EU High-Level Expert Group on Sustainable Finance (2017- 2018) and Swedish Investors for Sustainable Development. Previous experiences include leading a Sustainability practice advising Swedish multinational corporate clients, and prior to that she held the role as Senior ESG analyst and Head of Engagement at GES Investment Services (now part of Sustainalytics). Carina has a MSc in Business and Economics from Stockholm University.

Deputy Director-General at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise

Anna Stellinger is since 2019 Deputy Director-General at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, Head of International and EU Affairs. She is a Board Member of Business Sweden, Swedfund, and the Swedish Institute of International Affairs (UI). Anna Stellinger has previously served as Director-General of the Swedish National Board of Trade (Kommerskollegium) and as Director and Head of SIEPS, the Swedish Institute for European Policy Studies. She has also worked as a researcher and Director of research at several non-partisan think tanks and research institutes in Paris, France. In 2014, Anna Stellinger was awarded the Ordre National du Mérite, Chevalier, by the French President, and in 2022 she was awarded the H,M, The King’s Medal, 12th size, by the Swedish King in recognition of exceptional contributions.

Vice-President and Head of Lending, Nordic Investment Bank

Jeanette Vitasp is a Vice-President and Head of Lending at the Nordic Investment Bank (“NIB”) and is a member of its executive committee. In this role, she is responsible for the Lending portfolio (EUR 25.2bn Q2 2026), leading the Lending operations, portfolio management and strategy, with a clear mission to finance investments that improve productivity and benefit the environment in the Nordic-Baltic region.

 Prior to joining NIB in 2023, Jeanette was Chief Customer Officer for Danske Bank, Sweden Branch. She formerly held the roles of SVP, Head of Global Corporates and Head of Nordic Healthcare Sector at Danske Bank, and was prior to that Head of Capital Markets Originations, Sweden, at Nordea. Jeanette has more than 20 years of corporate banking and 10 years of corporate treasury experience from Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the US, covering Northern Europe and the Americas. She is a CFA charterholder and has a M.Sc. in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Director & Head of the Unit for EU Economic Policy, Swedish Ministry of Finance

Anders Wahlberg is Director and Head of the Unit for EU Economic Policy in the Swedish Ministry of Finance. His work encompasses EU economic policy coordination and related EU financing instruments, including the Recovery and Resilience Facility and the proposal for a European Competitiveness Fund. He is Alternate Member for Sweden in the Economic and Financial Committee in the EU. Prior to assuming his current position, Anders worked as Financial Counsellor in the Swedish Permanent Representation to the EU in Brussels. He also has also held various other positions related to international economic affairs in the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, including as Economic Counsellor at the Swedish Embassy in Washington DC. Anders holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Uppsala University.
