One customs operator for both sides of the EU-UK border

Most sellers moving goods between the EU and the UK end up with two brokers who do not talk to each other. The cost is rarely the tariff. It is the re-keying, the mismatch between the export entry and the import entry, and nobody owning the problem when a consignment stops.

We hold the authorisations on both sides in our own name, and run the operation behind them.

EU side, through Shuttle Bridge Logistics SRL at Grâce-Hollogne: temporary storage, authorised consignor and consignee for Union transit, the BE-GATE e-commerce simplification, H7 clearance for low-value consignments, and an article 55 global VAT number so import VAT need not be funded at the border.

UK side, through Shuttle Bridge Logistics Ltd: AEO-certified customs brokerage, CDS import and export declarations across all UK ports, T1 and T2 transit, ETSF and CFSP bonded warehousing, pick-and-pack fulfilment, and parcel delivery through a ten-year DPD partnership.
