AI4Skills – AI-driven Skills Intelligence for Resilient and Inclusive Labour Markets
Grant office manager at Ro Technology srl
Rome, Italy
About
The project transforms an existing soft skills assessment tool into a comprehensive skills intelligence system, integrating machine learning, behavioural analytics, and EU frameworks such as ESCO and DigComp.
The core innovation lies in the integration and analysis of heterogeneous data sources — including individual assessments, user interactions, labour market intelligence, and enterprise needs — to generate actionable insights for policymakers, education providers, and employment services. The platform will:
-
enable scalable and transparent assessment of transversal and professional skills;
-
anticipate emerging skills needs and forecast gaps across sectors and territories;
-
support inclusive and personalised upskilling and reskilling pathways, particularly for vulnerable groups;
-
enhance matching between labour supply and demand, contributing to more adaptive and resilient labour markets.
