About

I am a biotechnology researcher and academic leader with expertise in molecular pharmacology, translational biosciences, digital education innovation, and research capacity building. My work integrates biotechnology research with technology-enhanced learning, workforce development, and international collaboration to support sustainable innovation ecosystems.

My research interests include cellular and molecular biology, vascular senescence, biofunctional molecules, translational health biotechnology, and applied biosciences research. In parallel, I actively develop and implement digital learning innovations such as virtual laboratory simulations, reusable learning objects, smart worksheet analytics, and data-driven scaffolding approaches for biosciences education.

I have experience leading interdisciplinary academic and research initiatives, including curriculum innovation, research strategy, and international engagement activities. My recent work focuses on strengthening employability, reflective learning, and competency development through digital and analytics-driven educational approaches.

I am particularly interested in collaborative projects related to:

  • bio-based and sustainable biotechnology solutions

  • deployment-oriented innovation

  • digital transformation in higher education and workforce training

  • research mobility and capacity building
