Seeking Horizon Europe Partners for Agrivoltaics, Integrated PV Systems and Clean Energy-Water-Food Nexus Projects

ODTÜ-GÜNAM (Middle East Technical University – Center for Solar Energy Research and Applications) is seeking international project partners for Horizon Europe consortia under the Clean Industrial Deal framework.

We aim to collaborate with research institutions, industrial stakeholders, SMEs, technology developers, agricultural organizations, and public authorities to develop innovative projects addressing:

• Agrivoltaics (AgriPV) and sustainable agriculture-energy integration

• Floatovoltaics (FPV) and water-smart renewable systems

• Integrated photovoltaic systems for industrial decarbonization

• Energy-water-food nexus solutions

• Digital monitoring platforms (IoT/SCADA, predictive analytics, smart sensors)

• Climate adaptation and resilient infrastructure

• Pilot-scale demonstration projects and validation platforms

What ODTÜ-GUNAM brings to consortia:

• Advanced PV system design and optimization

• PVSyst, Rhino/Ladybug, SketchUp-based engineering simulations

• Crop-specific light (PPFD) and agricultural productivity analyses

• Glare, environmental and sustainability assessments

• Living lab infrastructure for AgriPV and applied pilot testing

• Strong experience in Horizon Europe projects (e.g., SolarHub, PV4Plants)

• Expertise in bridging academia, industry, and real-scale implementation

We are particularly interested in partners working on:

1. Clean industrial technologies

2. Renewable energy integration

3. Sustainable agriculture and food security

4. Water resilience and circular resource systems

5. Advanced materials, digitalization, and demonstration pilots
