About

We are seeking an industrial partner in the chemical or metal industry to host a large‑scale demonstration of an advanced hybrid electrification and MVDC energy‑distribution technology designed to cut natural‑gas use in high‑temperature processes.

Our project tackles one of Europe’s toughest decarbonisation challenges: reducing fossil‑fuel dependence in energy‑intensive thermal operations without compromising product quality or production stability. Building on a successful demonstration in copper billet preheating, our solution combines:

- High‑capacity induction heating to shift thermal demand from gas to electricity

- From 1 to 10 kV MVDC distribution system enabling efficient integration of renewables, storage, and high‑power loads (TBD)

- Digital modelling and optimisation tools to validate performance and replication potential

The technology has already shown the ability to reduce natural‑gas consumption by ~30% in real industrial conditions, with strong scalability across metallurgical and chemical heating processes.

We are looking for a motivated industrial site with significant thermal demand—particularly gas‑fired furnaces or preheating lines—interested in demonstrating a replicable pathway toward deep decarbonisation, energy resilience, and cost‑competitive electrification.
