Opening Session Day 3

The opening session will set the scene for a day focused on innovation and inequalities in cancer diagnosis and treatment, with introductory remarks by the Chair of the Cancer Mission Board, Prof. Walter Ricciardi. It will highlight the importance of ensuring that advances in precision oncology translate into personalised, affordable and equitable care for all patients across Europe. The session will also frame the day’s discussions on access, clinical research and collaboration needed to deliver impact by 2030.
