Parallel Workshop 2 - Expand palliative care: boost innovation, prevent complications and ensure dying with dignity

This workshop will explore how patient-centred approaches can improve quality of life throughout the cancer journey, from diagnosis and treatment to survivorship and end-of-life care. It will highlight innovations in supportive and palliative care, as well as ethical and policy considerations surrounding end-of-life options, while emphasising the importance of integrating patient perspectives into care pathways.
