Opening – From Strategy to Action: Key Milestones in Europe’s Fight Against Cancer

The opening session will provide an overview of progress in implementing Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan, along with the EU Cancer Mission, highlighting how their combined efforts are shaping a stronger, more cohesive response to cancer across Europe. High level political speakers will discuss key milestones achieved to date, in the light also of strategic long-term priorities, including digital health integration, equitable access to care, and cross-sector collaboration, as well as the regulatory and investment frameworks needed to sustain progress.
