Guidelines for Selecting Health & Life Sciences Data Repositories and EOSC Nodes
Data coordinator at Biogipuzkoa Health Research Institute
Donostia-San Sebastian, Spain
About
I am interested in connecting with institutions, experts, or initiatives working on the definition of guidelines for selecting research data repositories and relevant EOSC nodes in health and life sciences.
The aim is to explore criteria and best practices that support health research institutes in deciding where to deposit and expose their research data (generalist, domain-specific, controlled-access repositories, and EOSC nodes), taking into account FAIR principles, data types, levels of sensitivity, thematic health domains, and ethical and legal compliance.
This exchange is particularly relevant for informing strategies that enhance responsible data sharing, interoperability, and collaboration across health and life sciences research communities.
