Developing the next generation of professional bicycle washing

JuzzBike is developing a new professional approach to bicycle washing: a compact, automated washing solution designed to clean bicycles efficiently and damage-free, without brushes or high-pressure cleaning. The concept combines professional cleaning with attention to wastewater capture, eco-design, repairability and efficient use of water and energy.

We are currently developing our MVP towards real-market testing from 2027. The core concept and first prototype setup are in development, and we are now looking to strengthen the project with complementary expertise and development partners.

What we are looking for

We are particularly interested in cooperation with organisations and experts who can contribute to:

• Technical development and engineering, especially compact mechanical systems, actuators, movement systems and reliable automation.

• Water and wastewater management, including compact filtration and oil separation suitable for bicycle-washing wastewater.

• Product development and industrialisation, with a focus on a robust, compact, modular and repairable design that can be produced in Europe.

• Materials and eco-design, including durable and recyclable materials and more sustainable cleaning solutions.

• Testing and validation, particularly with professional bicycles, leasing fleets, rental fleets, bicycle shops and other high-use environments.

• Market and pilot cooperation, where real users can test the solution and provide feedback that directly influences further development.

A key challenge is achieving a compact, reliable and maintainable system without making the machine unnecessarily complex or expensive. We are especially interested in partners who can help us develop these technical elements locally or within Europe, rather than relying on distant production or development.

What JuzzBike can offer

JuzzBike brings a clearly defined use case, an existing product concept and prototype development, knowledge of the bicycle sector and access to potential professional pilot locations. The project is also being developed with sustainability and social impact in mind.

For us, cooperation is not simply about outsourcing a technical component. We are looking for partners who want to co-create the next generation of professional bicycle washing, test solutions in practice and contribute their expertise to a product with clear market potential.
