The INCLIVA Living Lab supports companies, researchers and innovators in the early evaluation and iterative development of healthcare technologies and solutions within a hospital-based innovation environment.

Our services include usability and user-experience evaluation, co-creation activities, clinical workflow assessment, interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, think-aloud protocols and Design Thinking methodologies. Depending on the technology and development stage, evaluations can be conducted in realistic clinical simulation environments and involve relevant healthcare professionals and end users.

The objective is to generate actionable user and clinical feedback that helps identify usability barriers, unmet needs, workflow integration challenges and opportunities for improvement before moving towards more advanced stages of development and clinical validation.
