Enlight Local

Enlight Local is the distributed energy platform of Enlight Renewable Energy, focused on building, acquiring, and operating distributed battery energy storage and hybrid renewable projects across Europe.

Our current focus is M&A and strategic partnership origination in Poland and selected CEE markets. We are looking to meet local developers, project-originators, renewable asset owners, land and site networks, and advisory firms that control BESS / PV+BESS pipeline, grid-connected plots, or substation-adjacent opportunities.

We are open to several structures: acquisition of development platforms or companies, acquisition of project SPVs or portfolios, joint ventures, and exclusive MOU arrangements covering controlled land, grid access, or future origination. Relevant opportunities include MV-connected BESS, hybrid PV+BESS, C&I / industrial-site storage, and portfolios where local relationships, land control, grid connection, permitting, or route-to-market work is already in progress.

Enlight Local brings the technical, financial, and operational capabilities of the Enlight Group, including project financing, construction management, commercial optimization, and long-term asset ownership. We can move quickly where the counterparty has real pipeline, local execution capability, grid knowledge, or a scalable network of sites.
