EMODnet Open Conference 2025

25 November 2025 - 26 November 2025

The conference will take place at the nhow Hotel Brussels, located at Rue Royale 250, 1210 Bruxelles. For convenience, you can book accommodation at the same hotel, as this will provide easy access to all conference sessions and activities.

Booking information:
Rooms can be reserved via the link Hotel nhow Brussels Bloom  or by contacting the hotel directly. Early booking is recommended, as availability may be limited.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please note that a national strike is planned in Belgium from 24–26 November 2025, which may lead to reduced frequency on trains, metro, buses and trams. Many services are still expected to run, including key routes such as Bus 12 from Brussels Airport and metro/bus connections serving the venue area (Botanique), but timetables may be lighter than usual. We therefore encourage all participants to allow extra time for travel and to check the latest updates on the morning of your travel via the official STIB/MIVB and SNCB/NMBS apps.

As far as we are aware, taxis and ride-share services (such as Uber and Bolt) will remain available throughout the strike period, so please consider organising these as a helpful alternative.

Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to welcoming you in Brussels!
