Elmia Subcontractor Connect 2025

To ensure high quality and seriousity there are different participant types depending on who you are and your level of business focus.

Purchasers
Free of charge. Please describe clearly what product/service you are looking for. You are expected to send meeting requests to selected suppliers and respond to all incoming meeting requests.

Exhibiting suppliers
Free of charge. You are registered as exhibitor at Elmia Subcontractor 2025 and your aim is to sell your product/service. You are expected to:

- Define your value proposition clearly.
- Approach each meeting with a strategic mindset and a clear goal.
- Only send meeting requests to other participants that are within your target group.

Suppliers (non-exhibitors)
Cost: SEK 3000. You are a visitor to the fair and your aim is to sell your product/service. You are expected to:

- Define your value proposition clearly.
- Approach each meeting with a strategic mindset and a clear goal.
- Only send meeting requests to other participants that are within your target group.

Other visitor
Cost: SEK 3000. You might be a consultant, trade agency or chamber of commerce that visit the fair.

All participant types will have a limited number of meeting requests to send, it's not allowed to send an unreasonable number of meeting requests to participants outside your target group.

The organizer cannot guarantee meetings during the matchmaking event. The registration fee is binding and will not be refunded upon cancellation.

• All companies from the European Union who do not submit a valid VAT number

• Companies from outside the EU doesn't have to pay VAT

Entrance to the fair
As a visitor to the fair, you need to register to enter the fair. You can easily do this via this link.
At the entrance to the fair, show your ticket and print a visitor badge. The visitor badge gives you access to the exhibition halls during all days of the fair.
