About EIC Summit 2026
The EIC Summit has established itself as a flagship annual event connecting the European deeptech community with EU research and innovation policy.
Each year, around 2 500 participants come together to exchange views on strengthening Europe’s competitiveness, addressing the challenges of scaling up deeptech innovation, and exploring ways to mobilise greater private investment.
Speakers on the Leaders’ stage will include Commissioner for Startups, Research and Innovation Ekaterina Zaharieva, other members of the College of Commissioners, Nobel prize winners, European corporate and finance leaders, founders of successful EIC-supported companies, and senior representatives from the research and innovation community.
EIC beneficiaries will have the exclusive opportunity to attend workshops specially designed to explore a wide range of topics, as well as the chance to network with key stakeholders shaping Europe’s deep tech innovation ecosystem: investors, policymakers, thought leaders, corporates, and finance executives.
