Edurela Foundation – About Us

Edurela Foundation is a Polish non-governmental organisation dedicated to strengthening interpersonal relationships, developing social and communication skills, and promoting well-being, inclusion, and personal development.

Our mission is to create environments where people can grow, collaborate, and build meaningful relationships. We work with schools, educators, businesses, and local communities, developing educational programmes, training initiatives, workshops, and social projects that address real-life challenges.

In 2025 alone, we implemented over 40 educational and social initiatives, reaching more than 2,000 participants.

Our key areas of activity include:

• Communication, leadership, and teamwork

• Innovative educational methods and practical social solutions

International cooperation and research partnerships

We are actively seeking international partners, particularly from Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein, to collaborate on interdisciplinary research and innovation projects under the EEA Grants, including the POLNORIS programme.

We can contribute practical expertise, connections with educational communities, opportunities for pilot implementation, and experience in translating knowledge into accessible tools and initiatives with measurable social impact.

We believe that combining scientific research with practical experience is essential to creating meaningful and sustainable change.
