About
Aura Automatica is a Polish engineering company specialising in industrial automation, robotics, control systems and custom machinery for complex manufacturing processes.
We are currently developing BREATH, an innovative airflow technology for wood-drying kilns. The concept is intended to replace conventional fan-based circulation with a controlled, reversible and pulsating airflow system. The main development goals are to improve drying uniformity, reduce electrical energy consumption, shorten drying cycles and maintain or improve wood quality.
Within the project, Aura Automatica would be responsible for the mechanical airflow-generation system, drives, control architecture, electrical systems, instrumentation, data acquisition, drying programmes, system integration and the preparation of laboratory and pilot-scale demonstrators.
We are looking for research institutions, kiln manufacturers, wood-processing companies and technology partners in joint R&D, modelling, laboratory validation, pilot testing and future commercialisation.
The planned cooperation may include airflow and heat-transfer modelling, wood-drying process research, construction of research rigs, development of a pilot kiln, industrial validation and preparation of retrofit solutions for existing drying chambers.
