POLNORIS Project cooperation

The Energetic and Electroactive Materials group is seeking partners for the POLNORIS project call for proposals.

The primary areas of expertise of our group are:

1. Design, development and technology of energetic materials and devices utilising them. This includes both civilian (routine blasting operations, special processing methods, civil engineering, space technologies) and defence applications.

2. Detection and quantification of chemicals. While we currently do most of the work in this area on chemical sensors for the detection of hazardous gases (particularly H2 and NOx), we have extensive experience in detection & quanitifcation of liquid and solid analytes.

3. CBRNE & dangerous materials threat prevention/mitigation, as well as process engineering and industrial safety.
