REBONJOUR

The project addresses a key circular economy challenge: replacing single-use e-commerce packaging at scale while ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and user acceptance.

Within a European collaborative framework, (RE)bonjour acts as a large-scale demonstrator for reusable e-commerce packaging, bringing together industrial partners, e-commerce players, logistics operators, public authorities, and research organizations for cross-border pilots in real conditions.

The project aims to:

• validate reusable packaging solutions across different European markets,

• measure environmental, economic, and operational impacts using standardized indicators,

• analyze consumer behavior and return systems to achieve high reuse rates,

• support European waste reduction targets and the implementation of PPWR.

(RE)bonjour is designed as a collaborative and replicable initiative, enabling scalable models for the adoption of reusable packaging in European e-commerce ecosystems.
