Better Organisations Ltd is a research and innovation company, founded in 2021 in Scotland (UK), with a mission embedded in its name: to build better organisations. We partner with organisations to drive meaningful transformations—shaping cultures, strategies, and business models that are human-centred, sustainable, and future-ready.

• (Sustainable) Business Design Living Labs – Structured spaces for experimentation, validating new business models, value chains, and organisational strategies while considering broader socio-economic and environmental contexts. These labs reduce market risk and accelerate commercial readiness from early-stage technology readiness levels (TRLs).

• Industry 5.0 Integration – Embedding human-centricity, sustainability, and resilience into R&I activities, ensuring innovation proposals go beyond technical performance to enhance worker well-being, system adaptability, and environmental responsibility—strengthening alignment with Horizon Europe priorities.
